Auto-post Your Blog Tweets Onto Facebook

Auto-post Your Blog Tweets Onto Facebook

Finally, there’s a way for you to create a free blog and have your latest blog entry posted on Twitter AND also have it automatically posted on your Facebook wall as well with no frills. All you need to is an account in a server that will connect your RSS feed on to your Twitter.

That’s where sites like TwitterFeed.com come into play. What’s great about this site is that not only will it take care of your feeds but it will also give you a detailed analysis of the impressions made on your feed links on Twitter.

OK, so the first thing you’ll have to do is Connect your Blog Feed to your Twitter. Just sign up and create an account just in case you still don’t have one.

The steps are quick and simple -- it will ask you for your Twitter username. Basically, if your URL is twitter.com/yourblogsite, then your username is yourblogsite.
Aside from your Twitter name, it will also ask you to provide your blog’s RSS link, which is your feedburner link (ex. http://feeds.burner.com/yoursitename). Those are basically all you need to have in order to connect your blog RSS to your Twitter.

Next up is Connecting your Twitter to your Facebook. Just log in to your Twitter account, go to Settings, and click on the Profile tab. On that page, you’ll see this:

Just follow the steps to give Twitter access to your Facebook account. You have the option to either connect Twitter to your Facebook profile or your Facebook Fan Page (choose this if you have a blog site). Once you’re done, just click on the “Save” button and you’re done!

The next time you create a new blog post, it will automatically be posted on your Twitter account via TwitterFeed, which in turn will send your tweet to your Facebook where it will be posted on your wall. The post will look something like this:

There you have it. Happy tweeting and posting!
