4 Refreshing Blogger Template Designs

Whenever you search for a photography-related layout or
theme and you want to create a free blog, you usually end up finding a design that screams too much. It just doesn’t just dazzle you with special
effects and animation using CSS, JavaScript and whatnot but also bombards you
with tons of thumbnail images.
This template doesn’t. Instead, the designer went and took
the minimalist route, which is what made it refreshing to this author’s eyes. Another
thing that’s great about this template is that it is available in two versions;
basic and advanced.

This author personally can’t recall the last time he saw a web page with a grid design template that still managed to look neat and not too crowded or cramped, which is why this one found its way on to our short list.
Its best feature I found so far is its smooth transition
effect as it rearranges the content grids according to the browser window size.
I strongly suggest you check it out yourself by clicking on the demo link to
appreciate what I just described. It may just be a coincidence but the fact
that the designer chose movie posters to use as sample images just makes this
template perfect for entertainment sites.

What makes this design truly work is the combination of the
transitioning image header that effectively catches the viewer’s attention.
There’s also the five categorized dropdown menu that you can click on so you
could see just how big the site’s car database is. If there’s one feature I
would like to add to this template it would be the option that’ll allow me to
compare the different cars.
It seems like the designer of this template is currently updating it because the link to the instructions are currently unavailable as of this writing. However, you can go here to check for any updates and ask any questions you may have about the template to the template’s author/designer.

Template
This is a great template for photographers who would like to
immediately showcase their best photos from their portfolio. The transitioning
background engages the viewer to watch the full slideshow.
